Objective:
Lead the squads in product development. The primary mission is to ensure the delivery of high-quality products aligned with customer needs and business objectives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and other relevant areas, in the development of products within squads or specific customer segments.
Facilitate collaboration between teams, promoting a culture of teamwork, clear communication, and goal alignment.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality products within established timelines and defined requirements.
Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, incorporating them into the ongoing product development - continuous discovery.
Make data-driven decisions and analyses, using relevant metrics and information to guide product improvement strategies.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize demands, and define user stories for development.
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, seeking innovation and constant product improvement.
Stay updated on market trends, best product development practices, and relevant technologies.
