We are looking for a Product Designer to be part of our UK team. In this position, you will design, implement and support data pipelines working closely with teams in the EU, US, Brazil and other countries. You need advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English to communicate with these different teams and clients during the workday,
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be available to work at the office in Cannon St Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are remote.
In this role, you’ll:
Work alongside a growing product design teamPartner strongly with Product, Content Design, and Engineering to create great client outcomes
Help shape the user experience, from end-to-end
Get stuck into complicated challenges as we bring innovative new products to market
Create build-ready, pixel-perfect designs that use our growing Design System, as well as help build out our design system
Help drive innovation and delight customers
What it takes:
Be passionate about user-centred design and have a portfolio of work or case studies to highlight all the great work you’ve done.
Have a strong UX/UI background, demonstrated through your portfolio
Have experience working with design systems in Figma
Enjoy getting stuck into complex problems Be passionate about the importance of user research and advocate for it on a daily basis
Advocate at a senior level for simple, modern design and best practices (e.g. mobile-first, accessibility)
Strong collaborator, facilitator, and communicator
We are looking for someone who has preferably worked in Asset Management and/or has a strong background in wealth management and finance
