Qualitest is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join our rapidly expanding teams! This is a remote position from Canada.
OVERVIEW: As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining automation scripts and frameworks. Your strong technical skills in Java, Selenium, Python, and TestNG will be crucial in creating efficient and reliable automation solutions.
Requirements
- API (REST) testing: REST Assured seems to be the preferred library
- Cucumber (including external data files for scenario outline examples)
- Selenium
- SQL
- Java Core
- TestNG
- 5+ years experience in the industry.
Nice to have:
- Python+Behave or similar
- Different types of data source file formats.
- Databases in Amazon RedShift.
- Contract Testing with API contract files.
Initial requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of industry experience
- Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in Java, Selenium*, Python, and TestNG*
- Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Should be able to configure/ debug Jenkins jobs to run automated suites. Should be able to configure jobs for post-deployment activities.
- DevOps exposure: should be able to understand continuous Integration and continuous delivery.
- Familiarity with open-source automation frameworks and best practices.
- Good Communication skills - client interaction daily.
