We are looking for a System Quality Engineer to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ, United States!
Job Description:
- The Quality Engineer role is responsible for consulting, recommendation of improvements, authoring and implementing Quality Assurance Processes and Procedures that are based on IT Quality Assurance best practices and industry standards.
- Significant experience leading testing teams and managing the overall testing effort.
- The role requires test strategy development, direction and quality risk and issue identification and mitigation.
- The role is oversight, direction and quality advocacy for teams staffed by utility personnel and system integrators.
Requirements
Must Haves:
1) 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience with significant understanding of SDLC, STLC and quality engineering best practices.
2) Excellent communications and client facing skills, proactive & Consultative
3) 5+ years in a Quality Engineering management role(s).
Nice to Have: Supply Chain or Utility experience preferred.
Requirements
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Complete knowledge of Software Development methodologies and processes
Command of IT Quality Assurance best practices
3+ years managerial experience in IT

- A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $125,000 - 145,000.
