The Brief JD is given below: 
1. Experience of working in an environment where ITIL is widely practiced in a network-based service – preferably on a mobile network

2. An ITIL Foundation with good experience of working in a busy and fast-paced telco organisation – either test or live environments.

3. Mobile or IT network experience, gained within an operational role

4. Strong analytical skills

5. Excellent stakeholder management

6. Confident interacting with internal and external customers and suppliers at all levels

7. Accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

Accountabilities

1. Work with the Incident manager to deliver Incident, Problem, and Risk processes in line with ITIL standards

2. Work across our environment groups to drive improvements to how we manage incidents, improve our mean time to fix and ensure problem management and design improvements prevent the same from happening again

3. Providing backup to Change Management, Asset Management & Release Management as per the needs of the business

4. Work with Asset Manager supporting the procurement, distribution, and provisioning of SIMs and Devices

5. Manage access management processes and data.

6. Support the Continuous Improvement process and discipline, ensuring priority to those that have a customer or commercial benefit continually developing your software engineering skills to remove of manual efforts

7. Identify opportunities for utilising automation to reduce the number of  manually completed repetitive tasks
