We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Development Engineer to join our growing team in the US!
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in the development and maintenance of our custom application, COMPASS. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will be working with a range of technologies, including ASP.NET, C#.NET, Telerik Controls, Oracle Back-end, Webservices (SOAP and Rest), and IBM Websphere Broker Toolkit.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the ASP.NET components of the COMPASS application.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Develop and enhance the Windows Service components of the application, ensuring seamless background processing.
- Implement and optimize Telerik Controls to enhance the user interface and overall user experience.
- Work on the Oracle back-end, including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
- Develop and consume SOAP and Restful web services for seamless communication between different modules of the application.
- Utilize IBM Websphere Broker Toolkit for efficient message transformation and routing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, product managers, and other software developers.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for both code and system architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Developer with expertise in ASP.NET, C#.NET, Telerik Controls, Oracle, and Webservices.
- Experience with IBM Websphere Broker Toolkit is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
