Qualitest is looking for a People Success Specialist in Argentina to join our rapidly expanding teams!
As our People Success Specialist, you are primarily responsible for effectively matching our engineers to projects, and scheduling interviews with the aim of maximizing revenue.
You will be a Business Partner driving business process improvement through the analysis of client engagements and scheduling of the Enterprise team. This includes demand validation, business unit solutions and fulfillment, demand prioritizing, analysis of past due requisitions, cross skilling, utilization tracking, coordination with Talent for external hiring and interview panels for portfolio.
Specific responsibilities:
- Monitor supply vs demand to determine where shortages/surplus may arise in the future and suggest potential solutions.
- Working with a global team based in the US, India and UK to resource any gaps that cannot be fulfilled with Enterprise US resources, along with supporting continuous improvement in global processes and systems.
- Coordinate and balance resource sharing both regionally and nationally across Enterprise Practice and other business units
- Track PO cover and ensure we are working within budget. Flag to Account Managers and Project Leads when cover is low or at risk.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Delivery and Account Managers, scheduling leads and client engagement teams to understand business needs.
- Work directly with delivery managers and team to resolve resourcing challenges, balance productivity, support training, and other concerns.
- Track project feedback reviews and provide real time updates to market leads and career advisors.
- Generate reports that forecast utilization and monitor productivity, conflicts, leverage, availability, non-charge hours, etc.
- Develop and communicate scheduling analysis and schedule snapshots for planning purposes.
- Lead scheduling meetings and follow-up on unresolved issues that require rescheduling of projects and/or staff.
- Manage Enterprise Resourcing, by scheduling calls, keeping notes, and holding team members accountable for action items assigned; work closely with Industry Leads to align strategy with action plan.
Requirements
- Advanced English.
- Have worked in a relevant field such as resource planning, recruiting, operations, business analysis or PMO.
- Able to confidently connect at all levels in the organization with a willingness to confront conflict. Using diplomatic communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, and a dynamic changing environment.
- Logical and analytical thinking, ability to solve problems quickly.
- Calm and firm under pressure
- Strong numerical skills
- Intermediate to Expert Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – building solid working relationships with others, coaching, and employee development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Proven ability to lead change within an organization.
- Previous experience working in a consultancy environment or knowledge of Enterprise System/IT Skill sets would be an advantage, but not a per-requisite.
