Job Description: Team Lead - NLP Testing
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead for NLP Testing. The ideal candidate will have a fair understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or basic concepts of NLP. In this role, the Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of testers and ensuring that the NLP testing is completed efficiently and effectively. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing team conflicts and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Lead the NLP testing team and ensure that testing is completed on time and with high quality.
Understand and explain NLP concepts to the team to ensure that they understand the project requirements.
Manage conflicts and ensure that team members work together effectively.
Communicate with stakeholders and ensure that their needs are met.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure that the team follows the testing process and standards.
Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes.
Ensure that team members have the necessary skills and training to perform their jobs effectively.
Act as a point of escalation for any issues that arise during testing.
Foster a culture of engagement, ownership, and accountability.
Utilize Agile methodologies and principles to manage projects and teams.
Managing a team of testers.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software testing and leading Teams
7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of NLP concepts or basic knowledge of NLP. (Do not worry we can train you on this if not aware)
Excellent people management skills, with a proven track record of managing conflicts and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Strong engagement and negotiation skills.
Ability to take ownership of projects and ensure that they are completed successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
