What you will be doing:

Provide executive-level administrative support in English and Spanish, ensuring seamless operations. 🗂️
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. 📆
Use project management tools (e.g., Zoho, Asana, Trello, Airtable) to track progress and organize workflows. ⚙️
Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders in both English and Spanish. 🤝
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates to keep everyone aligned. 📑
Lead and motivate team members while driving accountability and performance. 🏅

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

Has 3+ years of proven experience managing projects in dynamic environments. 💼
Is bilingual with proficiency in English (C1 or higher) and advanced Spanish or Portuguese. 🗣️
Communicates exceptionally well in writing and speaking in both languages. ✍️
Is proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Airtable, Google Workspace Suite). 🖥️
Demonstrates leadership abilities to inspire and guide team members effectively. 🌟
Possesses an analytical mindset to use data for decision-making and improving outcomes. 📊
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies is a plus. 🚀
