岗位职责
1、负责海外教育产品的销售工作,制定销售策略及销售计划,并有效落地与执行;
2、定期承接各渠道用户,做出有针对性的销售规划;
3、通过精细化的用户分层运营,挖掘客户需求,通过电话转化目标客户,持续提升转化率;
4、学习产品知识,制定相应的销售话术,为潜在客户提供专业的有针对性的产品及服务。
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales of overseas educational products, developing sales strategies and plans, and effectively implementing and executing them;
2. Regularly engage users from various channels and make targeted sales plans;
3. Through refined user segmentation operations, mining customer needs, converting target customers through phone calls, and continuously improving conversion rates;
4. Learn product knowledge, develop corresponding sales strategies, and provide professional and targeted products and services to potential customers.
Requirements
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,专业不限,英语可作为工作语言,听力和口语能力佳;
2、具有优秀的沟通表达能力和应变能力,有较强的销售嗅觉和销售意识;
3、学习能力、自我驱动力和抗压能力强,愿意为自我提升付诸努力;
4、性格开朗积极,有团队合作意识,有海外销售、教育行业销售经验者优先。
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, English can be used as a working language, excellent listening and speaking skills;
2. Has excellent communication and expression skills, as well as adaptability, strong sales sense and awareness;
3. Strong learning ability, self motivation, and resilience, willing to put effort into self-improvement;
4. Outgoing and proactive personality, with a sense of teamwork. Experience in overseas sales and education industry sales is preferred.
