1. 社交媒体管理

3. 活动管理

  • 计划和执行数字营销活动,包括电子邮件营销、搜索引擎营销(SEM)和展示广告活动。

4. 搜索引擎优化(SEO)和搜索引擎营销(SEM)

5. 市场调研

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in China. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Chinese digital landscape, be adept at using social media platforms, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. The role will support senior leadership in brand and marketing building efforts and creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, and other relevant channels.
    • Create engaging and creative content tailored to our target audience to drive engagement and brand awareness.
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for various digital platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
    • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  3. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising campaigns.
    • Track and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and ROI goals.
  4. SEO and SEM:
    • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
    • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
  5. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilise digital marketing analytics tools to measure and analyse campaign performance.
    • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities and present findings to management.
  7. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Chinese market.
    • Proficiency in Chinese social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and web analytics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
    • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software.
    • Keen to develop use of AI-tools and apps to facilitate creative outcomes.
    • Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail trends in China.
