Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
- CRM- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs, organizational culture, and hiring demands.
- Analyze job requirements from clients to Identify clients’ needs according to discussions with clients
- Provide clients with relevant and detailed candidate profiles and recommendations.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize multiple techniques (including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and cold calling) to source potential candidates.
- Identify passive candidates using intricate search methods, market mapping, and recruitment strategies.
Candidate Screening:
- Conduct detailed interviews and technical assessments to understand candidates' qualifications, skills, and career goals.
- Maintain an ongoing pipeline of suitable candidates for various client requirements.
Labor Market Analysis:
- Keep abreast of market trends in the tech industry, including salary rates, emerging skillsets, and hiring challenges.
- Design talent mapping strategies
- Use insights to advise and align client and candidate expectations.
- Support Consultants to conduct labor market research and analyze the current talent pool
Database Management:
- Regularly update candidate records and job postings in our applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Coordination and Consultation:
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback sessions, and communication between candidates and clients.
- Guide candidates through the interview process, providing consultation, and preparation tips.What We Offer:

Requirements
任职要求:
1. 本科学历优先
2. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力,能够有效地与候选人和客户互动。
3.有销售工作经验或者人力资源乙方猎头经验优先
4. 能够独立工作,并能在快节奏的环境中管理多项任务,抗压能力强
- Degree/ ongoing Bachelor/Master's degree - Any
- Has 1-3 years previous experience or interest in recruiting and the technology industry
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Have a hunger and natural thirst to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
- Have a passion or interest in communicating with others
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Have a high level of comfort and confidence in communicating with engineers, managers, executives
- Enjoy writing and have strong writing skills; we're not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritize your work
