Our subsidiary, Model T Operations, is looking for a mechanic to lead the assembly and maintenance of robots and to develop processes for general mechanical tasks (assembly, repair, maintenance, safety, etc.).
Location: Heiwajima, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
業務内容 (Responsibilities)
- 故障の原因を特定し、選択肢を評価し、是正措置を実施
- ロボットの品質と修理性を向上させるため、エンジニアリングチームに詳細なフィードバックを提供
- 大量の組立・修理作業に対応できるよう、効率的で反復可能な作業プロセスを開発。チームの効率を高めるためにプロセスマニュアルを作成。
- ロボットの組み立てやメンテナンスに関連する技術的な事項について、知識豊富なリソースとしての役割を果たすとともに、エンジニアに的確で効果的なアドバイスや支援を提供。
- 他社パートナーと協力し、品質の向上、一貫したプロセス、納期の遵守を図る。
- Identify the causes of malfunctions, evaluate options, and implement corrective measures.
- Provide detailed feedback to the engineering team to enhance the quality and repairability of robots.
- Develop efficient and repeatable work processes to handle a large volume of assembly and repair tasks.
- Create process manuals to improve team efficiency.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on technical matters related to robot assembly and maintenance, offering engineers accurate and effective advice and support.
- Collaborate with other partners to improve quality, ensure consistent processes, and meet deadlines.
必須要件 (Must Have)
- 日常会話の日本語でコミュニケーションがとれること。
- 夜間含むシフト勤務がが可能であること。
- 普通運転免許。
- Japanese Level: Conversational
- Available to work in shifts, including night shifts
- Must have a Driving License in Japan
あれば尚可 (Nice to have)
- 自動車または産業用オートメーションのメカニック技術者として実務経験があること。ロボット工学の経験があれば尚可。
- 電気モーターやギアボックス、または工業製品や自動車製品の機械部品の組み立てや修理などの機械的な経験が豊富であること。
- 設計図、回路図、図面を読むことができる。組立・修理作業を行うために必要なコンピューターやソフトウェアを習得する能力。
- 包括的な組立または修理プロセスの設計および実施の経験。
- 優れたチームワークとコミュニケーション能力。クロスファンクショナルチームのリソースとして活躍できる “現場主義 “の考え方を持っていること。
- 読み書きレベル以上の英語
- Practical experience as a mechanic technician in the automotive or industrial automation industry, with a preference for experience in robotics engineering.
- Proficiency in mechanical experience, including assembly and repair of mechanical components such as electric motors, gearboxes, and industrial or automotive products.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, circuit diagrams, and blueprints. Capability to learn the necessary computer and software tools for assembly and repair work.
- Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive assembly or repair processes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills. A pragmatic approach that allows you to work as a resource in cross-functional teams.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
