The Role
As an Order Management Operations Coordinator you will involve in providing exceptional service to customers by addressing order related inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall ordering experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all customers via email, chat, or phone, documenting all information on the customer interaction system according to standard operating procedures;
- Handle merchants’ terminal subscriptions and provide information regarding them;
- Respond to merchants’ questions regarding Viva card orders;
- Manage cancellations and withdrawals of merchant’s orders;
- Research and resolve issues reported by our sales department regarding sales applications;
- Research and resolve issues reported by our sales department regarding merchant-related issues or providing them with merchant-related information requested;
- Handle sales agent’s stock requests;
- Submit ISV Testing order requests (on demand from the sales department);
- Depict daily stock/asset movements that take place from merchants to 3PLs/Viva WHS or from 3PLs/Viva WHS to merchants;
- Create orders for our resellers across Europe (on demand from the logistics team);
- Create intracompany and transfer orders for our offices across Europe (on demand from the logistics team);
- Daily Invoicing and upload of orders exported from Azure to ERP;
- Depict local warehouse inventory in ERP Dynamics according to processes.
Requirements
To be considered you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field;
- Previous experience at least 3 years in relevant position;
- Great verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language;
- Multitasking, organizational, and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Confidence with technology and adaptability to changes;
- ERP logistics knowledge (ERP Dynamics would be an asset) and CRM systems;
- Customer-oriented attitude.
