ΙΤ Operations Center Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Operations Center Engineer to join our Datacenter Automation and Security team.

For the IT Operations Center Engineer position we expect you to:

• Monitor the status performance and capacity of computer systems and network devices
• Perform regular maintenance for computer systems and network devices
• Perform day-to-day administration for computer systems and network devices
• Manage backups
• Monitor and respond to security alerts
• Provide support and troubleshooting for computer systems and network devices
• Respond to alerts and hardware malfunctions
• Respond to user incidents and change requests
• Participate in the design and implementation of projects

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:

• University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relative discipline from a Greek or foreign institute
• Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems & Microsoft Technologies
• Experience with System Center (SCVMM - SCOM - SCCM) or/and Active Directory will be considered an asset
• Experience with configuration and installation of network devices and services
• Very good knowledge of the English language (written and verbal)
• Flexibility in 24/7 shift schedule
